As a member of the ecosystem, I want a quarterly report to provide financial transparency about how funds are used and to ensure funds generate value.

Description of work

Design a template for a quarterly report to identify donated funds and how those funds were utilized. Identify a strategy to disseminate the report. If funds have been received and used, create the first quarterly report and disseminate it.
