As a member of the ecosystem, I want to review a set of financial metrics to help me understand the value generated for key stakeholders with the use of the funds.

Description of work

Identify measures of efficiency and effectiveness in the use of financing. The metrics should be organized by key stakeholder group to allow for easy viewing of the metrics that stakeholders are interested in. Create a first and simple dashboard to report the metrics. Add new metrics to the quarterly report template.
