Continue to improve the funding model to ensure that it is sustainable and focused on maintaining strong partnerships with core donors and supports efficient outreach for additional growth. Ensure that financial governance builds trust with key partners and stakeholders through customer discovery activities. Continue to align reporting and dashboards with partner's needs.
