As a member of the ecosystem, I want a toolkit to help me and my team work with customers to ensure that product aligns with what is valuable to the customer.

Description of work

A toolkit with various lists, templates, and lessons learned will be created to keep track of the voice of the customer (VOC). Templates should include support for activities like interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability tests, etc. The toolkit should also provide ways to track interaction with customers.
