As a member of the ecosystem, I want to be able to track important customer-centered product metrics.

Description of work

Develop customer-centered product metrics around the use of the product. Create a simple way to track these metrics over time, including simple visualizations. Metrics should cover all relevant areas of customer interaction with the product, such as learner engagement, learner satisfaction, learning module completion rate, knowledge/skill mastery, error rates, issue resolution time, etc.
