As a member of the ecosystem, I want to be able to receive real-time updates on user-centered product metrics

Description of work

Aligned with this product roadmap epic, prioritize the creation of surveys and automated pipelines to deliver the core customer-centered metrics that will be tracked. Begin implementing the first set of collection instruments and pipelines. Connect the pipelines to dashboarding tools like Power BI for easy monitoring of statistics.
