Epic: Improve and Grow Beta Testing Program #458

Epic

As a member of the ecosystem, I want a well-structured program for beta testing the product with an active beta testing group.

Description of work

Engage in customer discovery activities to identify strengths and weaknesses of the current beta testing arrangements. Prioritize the noted issues with current beta testing procedures. Improve aspects of the beta testing program. Continue growing the beta testing program through outreach and snowball methods.
