Description of work

Review the epics under each theme in the ecosystem roadmap. Identify which of the epics call for or would be enhanced by technology support. Link to the different epics under the sub-heading below. Prioritize the list of epics that require technology support based on the value that the technology will provide and the cost of the technology. Benchmark competing solutions and make recommendations based on value and cost.
