As an ecosystem member, I want a clear and comprehensive set of procedures and checklists for starting a project during a new semester.
Description of work
Review the various epics in the ecosystem roadmap and course assignment documents. Identify a set of procedures that will help teams onboard more quickly and effectively. Improve the Project Startup Wiki page to reflect your findings and recommendations.
