As a member of the ecosystem, I want to easily view best practices standards for important aspects of software engineering, such as testing, cybersecurity, data privacy, accessibility, etc.

Description of work

Identify different major categories for software engineering standards. Identify best practices standards within each category. Produce a document with the categories and standards, including a summary of each standard and links to each standard.
