As an ecosystem member, I want an up-to-date and clear roadmap to guide improvement of the software and ecosystem.
Description of work
The roadmaps should be updated before the end of the Fall semester each year by the product manager and teams in graduate-level courses. The roadmaps should be improved for clarity in the epics, scheduling to account for speedups and slowdowns in progress, the closing of finished epics, the addition new customer-driven epics, and inclusion of work for future years. The roadmaps should maintain at least 3-years of future work.
