As an ecosystem member, I want to know that the product continues to stay in line with customer needs.

Description of work

To practice a customer-centered mindset, all ecosystem members should engage in at least three customer discovery activities per project. These customer discovery activities could include: interviews, focus groups, surveys, usability experiments, acceptance testing, etc. These discovery activities should be guided by continual improvements made to customer discovery toolkits and practices.
