Bug: On logout, the login form loses focus and is unusable #500

Describe the bug
Please provide a clear and concise description of what the bug is:
After logging out of the application, the login interface becomes unusable. To make it usable again, you have switch focus to another program and then return again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the logout function and click Log Out
2. Try to click on the username textfield. It will not be accessible
3. Switch to another program
4. Return back to Open FinAL. The form should now be usable.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:
When you log out, the login form should be immediately usable
