Prepare Python 0.5.6 release

Release

Prepare Python woltspace 0.5.6 from main commit 0331730.

• bump the Python package version to 0.5.6
• keep @woltspace/tui independently pinned at 0.5.2
• update the Docker Python pin to match
• replace the reviewed release notes with harness-first onboarding and Colony Seed coverage

Verification

• 141 focused release, seed, and skill-sync tests pass
• Python wheel and sdist build as 0.5.6
• unchanged TUI tarball packs as 0.5.2
• scripts/verify-packages.py verifies artifact identities, bundled source, and Docker pins
• git diff --check passes

Publishing boundary

Merging this PR does not publish anything. After merge, the already exercised main-only Trusted Publishing workflow can be dispatched for Python 0.5.6, TUI 0.5.2, registry=python, and dry_run=false. PyPI publication remains behind the separately protected owner approval gate. No npm publication is requested.
