chore: remove pre-0.5 desktop leftovers

Summary

• remove the obsolete Docker-only Tauri desktop shell
• remove the unused v1 Telegram adapter and stale bot-local tests
• remove obsolete internal notes and never-implemented creature placeholders
• retain the shared native/container runtime, current Docker entrypoint/image, migrations, compatibility paths, and root Docker launcher

This removes 95 tracked files and 11,151 lines without changing the current runtime path.

Verification

• 428 passed, 4 skipped across maintained native/connector/session/runtime tests
• Python wheel/sdist and TUI tarball package verification passed
• Python compile, diff, and stale-reference checks passed
• clean Python 3.13 installed-wheel disposable colony started healthy, reported status, stopped cleanly, and left no listener

No live lodge, release, or deployment change is included.

Disposable message smoke passed against exact cleanup head 16c63aa44402731fa6758315a5fc5fe2322c4e5e.

• installed the branch wheel into a fresh Python 3.13 environment
• used a fresh temporary colony, temporary CODEX_HOME (copied auth only), and random loopback ports 56041/56042
• explicitly cleared inherited WOLTSPACE_DIR, verifying the server and wolf ran from the candidate wheel bundle
• created a disposable Codex wolt/session
• initial prompt received exact assistant response CLEANUP_MESSAGE_SMOKE_OK
• sent a second message through POST /sessions/{id}/message; API returned status: delivered
• isolated Codex rollout recorded exact assistant response CLEANUP_DELIVERED_MESSAGE_OK
• stopped the session (was_alive: true), stopped the control plane, verified both listeners absent, and moved the complete temporary colony/venv/Codex home to Trash

The live lodge, port 7777, installed package, config, sessions, connectors, and normal Codex history were not touched. IWCL was not part of this message smoke.
