feat: readable marketplace and recoverable testnet job history

Changes

• Keep the approved black/yellow marketplace; increase UI type to 14px controls/list rows and 16px main copy/search inputs, with 12px minimum secondary labels. Reflow the search/title and status columns. Keep navigation reachable on mobile.
• Replace the dashboard redirect with My agents; add a distinct Activity route and active navigation states. Remove legacy Build from the new header while preserving /create unchanged.
• Record real testnet activation attempts and transaction hashes in a validated, wallet-scoped same-browser journal. Save each submitted hash before waiting for receipt; do not silently erase corrupt, full, or inaccessible history.
• Serialize wallet operations with Web Locks. Stop subsequent calls on wallet change/unmount, uncertain receipt, or replacement. Interrupted jobs block a new payment from setup.
• Activity can verify the original chain-97 create/fund transactions, sender/contract, event, seller, job ID, quote hash, policy and exact fee before retrying delivery. Recovery has no wallet-write client. Seller responses are escaped, bounded, and not labeled completed execution.

Verification

• Local lint, typecheck, 222 app tests (27 files) and final production build passed. New tests: 41, including two 128-case property loops.
• Exact head d46c7356c3aba3f6e1a13011767ef1817be62702 against base 12be25d7abfb7a068b3232be1c3e8e9342037e1f: app and contracts CI passed, including contract unit/regression/fuzz tests. Release-readiness was skipped because it runs on push events only, not passed on this pull_request run.
• Added journal/property/negative-recovery tests with ABI-encoded transactions across all four categories, storage failure/capacity checks, pending/reverted/mismatched receipts, cross-wallet/cross-chain isolation, and navigation/login/empty/error/escaped-response render tests.
• Vitest JSX transform enabled because the existing preserve setting prevented component regression tests from being parsed. No dependency change.
• Runtime audit passed unchanged baseline: 31 affected packages, 2 high; not a zero-vulnerability claim.
• Rendered local smoke: measured 1440x1000 desktop and 390x844 mobile CSS viewports, navigation to My agents/Activity, login-required state, category selection, readable typography and no page-level horizontal overflow. Final source readback retained in task evidence.
• No real wallet login/signature/funding, delivery notification to a real seller, database migration, contract write, merge or deployment performed.

Limitations / review gate

• Same browser and wallet only: no historical import, cross-device sync or fabricated records. Maximum 100 retained jobs; responses over 32 KB are explicitly truncated. Browser data removal loses this local journal.
• Partial pre-funding setups and replacement transactions require manual transaction review; automatic payment replay is intentionally unavailable. A browser/wallet crash before a submitted hash returns cannot be reconstructed from this journal alone.
• Retrying delivery may duplicate a seller notification if its previous response was lost; this is not an exactly-once delivery guarantee. It does not create/fund a new job.
• The existing activation API and seller-side validation remain unchanged. Recovery proofs are a client-side safety check, not newly introduced server authorization.
• Independent read-only review PASS on the exact head/base above (2026-09-08): fresh review task inspected all 12 changed files and immediate call paths, independently ran 41 focused tests, 14 isolated control-flow diagnostics, typecheck and diff check, and inspected app/contract CI logs (222 app tests, 172 contract tests). No blocking findings. Diagnostics used wallet/network stubs, not real-wallet runtime proof. This is an independent local review verdict, not a GitHub approval review. Head/base movement invalidates it. User authorized PR feat: readable marketplace and recoverable testnet job history #7 merge after review; no deployment authorization.
• Four funded end-to-end hire receipts and organizer testnet eligibility remain separate submission gates.
