Incorrect format for time, the format for minutes should be lower case instead of upper case

In the settings.html, and when clicking the "Date & Time Format Help" the format for Minutes is shown as {mm} which is in lowercase

This is inconsistent with the SplitFlapDisplay.ino which shows the Time Format as {MM} which is in uppercase

When editting the settings, using the lower case {mm} causes the 2 digit month number to be shown instead of the minutes.

Confirmed, and the root cause is a clash of conventions. The firmware follows strftime, where %M is minutes and %m is the month, and just wraps it in braces — but {} tokens are what moment.js, Java and .NET use, and there mm is minutes and MM is the month. So the tokens read as the exact opposite of what most people expect.

What makes it nasty is that it fails silently: {HH}:{mm} renders 15:09 in September. That looks like a perfectly valid time, and the minutes appear frozen for a month.

The shipped default was {HH}:{mm} too, so a fresh install shows hour:month out of the box. {SS} is listed in the help but was never in the token table, and the help also lists {ss} as "seconds divided by 10" and {AM} instead of {AMPM}.

Fixed in socquique/Split-Flap-Display@fixes-on-pr24: help text corrected, default fixed, {SS} implemented, and {min}/{sec} added as unambiguous aliases so the collision cannot bite. The old spellings keep working.
