Remove KDTREEPP_BUILD_LEGACY_TESTS and the separate Catch2 2.x dependency. The original version, point-tree pruning/region-query, and mutable-visitor cases now run in the existing dependency-free regression executable under both CMake and Bazel. Remove unused Conan 1 and Eigen find-module files as well.
The README now describes the single test option and local Bzlmod consumption without temporary release-branch wording.
Validation: CMake/CTest with AddressSanitizer and UndefinedBehaviorSanitizer passes; Bazel 9.2 regression_test passes. Checked that no remaining source/build references require the removed helper files.
