feat(statechart): sync upstream to 076f4b2f and make --cover explicit - #43

Update only pstack/skills/statechart to cursor/plugins@076f4b2f, including the explicit --cover switch, upstream TLC 1.8.0 fixes, the Pele/resvg renderer, and removal of the OutputFolder model. Scripts and tests remain byte-identical; Pi host behavior lives in adapters/pi. Add the CoverGap regression for explicit cover only, a real PNG smoke check, and a Node 22/24 x Linux/macOS compatibility workflow. Fixes #40 Fixes #41 Fixes #42

upstream/pstack/skills/statechart/**同步到cursor/plugins@076f4b2f57844ff9eb4ada914d4763884d40146e；其余技能保持eb4db2b5。skills/statechart/scripts/**与上游逐字节一致；27 个 Git blob 全部匹配。--cover改为显式开关，打印裁掉的状态/迁移数；CoverGap 默认 4/4 含s3 --> s0，--cover为 3/4 并报告waiting --> done。adapters/pi/statechart/entry.mjs：不自动安装 mise/TLC/Java；PNG 不可用时保留.mmd。Pele/resvg 按上游方式放在用户缓存，不进 npm 包。验证
npm test：退出码 0，38/38 检查通过（71.0 秒）。npm run check:generate：退出码 0，146 项资源，0 unmanaged。npm run check:fidelity：退出码 0，overall 94.04%，0 errors。npm run check:statechart:png：macOS / Node 22.22.2 / TLC 1.8.0 退出码 0，PNG 70887 字节 666×1182。未完成
