ここら辺の説明について、「Settings」からDatabasesというのがどこか分かりませんでした。
私は「app」から作成した「playground」に移動。左から「Database」を選択しました

Deno Deploy が v2 になった影響で Deno KV 周りの画面・仕様も変わったため、更新しました。
