🎤 작업 내용

Timeline에 Category 필터 탭 추가
Filter State를 TimelineList(client)로 분리하고, Timeline.tsx는 Server components로 유지
탭 인디케이트를 Motion layoutId로 이동시키고, 활성되는 색은 category 기존 토큰 사용
필터 변경시에는 항목들이 순차적으로 다시 등ㅈ아하도록 TimelineItem에 Motion 적용
