Update the Thunderstore publish version from 0.1.98 to 0.1.100 to match the merged plugin and manifest. Release build passed with 0 errors and 84 existing warnings; package contents and the 256×256 icon were verified.

The diff makes a single change: versionNumber in thunderstore.toml advances from 0.1.98 to 0.1.100. Both the already-merged manifest.json (version_number = "0.1.100") and CHANGELOG.md (which has a ## 0.1.100 entry) are consistent with the new value, so the three version surfaces that Thunderstore consumers rely on are aligned.

The jump from 0.1.98 to 0.1.100 (skipping 0.1.99) is intentional per the PR description: version 0.1.99 was committed to the CHANGELOG and plugin but never published to Thunderstore, so its changes are bundled under the 0.1.100 release. Thunderstore accepts any strictly-higher valid version, so no publish failure is expected.
