Highlights

Multiomix: Cloud-based platform for inferring cancer-related genomic and epigenomic events associated with gene-expression modulation.

I contributed to the user interface for features such as Biomarkers and Feature Selection. I also improved Python classes, implemented features, and fixed bugs.

I’m currently developing Multiomix Auto-Improvement, a Prefect-based pipeline to automate research and improvement workflows for the Multiomix platform.
