[Feature Request] Support Windows-to-Windows connections

Add support for Windows-to-Windows connections.

Currently, Beamer supports sharing a keyboard and mouse between macOS and Windows, in either direction. It would be very useful to also connect two Windows PCs directly, allowing the keyboard and mouse of one Windows PC to control another Windows PC over the local network.

Ideally, the existing pairing and connection experience could be reused for Windows-to-Windows connections.
