This makes it so that the clusters (workspaces) used by each test are not hardcoded, but based on the test's name (i.e. each test gets its own root cluster at "root:<test>:kbind"). Summary
In #351 we introduced issues that made parallel e2e tests not work anymore and so we disabled them. This PR untangles it and sets up dedicated root workspaces for each testcase, allowing them all to run in parallel again.
