fix: Deleting files does not require encoding URI

问题

删除文件/文件夹时报错

对应 issue #799

修改

  文件位置：src/main/resources/web/main/index.ftl
  修改内容：
  if (row.isDirectory) {
      deleteFile(encodeURIComponent(Base64.encode("http://"+row.fullPath)), true);
  } else {
      deleteFile(encodeURIComponent(Base64.encode("http://"+row.relativePath)), false);
  }
  为：
  if (row.isDirectory) {
      deleteFile(Base64.encode("http://"+row.fullPath), true);
  } else {
      deleteFile(Base64.encode("http://"+row.relativePath), false);
  }

验证

在浏览器中能正常删除文件/文件夹
