[Core] Set default runtime plugin directory based on installation

### Description

The default location setting in [src/system.cpp](https://github.com/kernelize-ai/nexus/blob/7f59fd78a92daffa4db4d6394eda68b51db77bcf/src/system.cpp#L16) should be seeded by the installation directory.
