Triton upstream replaced the separate `cache` (CacheModifier) and `evict` (EvictionPolicy) attributes on `tt.load`/`tt.store` with a single optional `cachePolicy` attribute, removing the builder overloads that took the two enums. This broke the only two call sites in the CPU backend. Both sites passed `CacheModifier::NONE` and `EvictionPolicy::NORMAL`, which were the defaults, so they collapse to the plain builders with no change in the emitted IR.
Upstream commit af598871 ("[Frontend] Enable triton.compile for gluon IR")
changed `GluonASTSource.ext` from `ttgir` to a new `glir` extension and made
`compile()` look up `src.ext` in the backend's stage dictionary. Backends must
now expose a no-op `glir` stage so the pipeline has an entry point for Gluon
sources; upstream added it to the NVIDIA and AMD backends but the out-of-tree
CPU backend was missed, so every Gluon kernel failed with
`ValueError: 'glir' is not in list`.
Add the same no-op stage, which also makes the Gluon IR available in
`CompiledKernel.asm["glir"]` and lets `.glir` files be recompiled directly.
