There's not much that points to a clear cause here, but I did notice something interesting: the keyboards noted in these error reports are old and consistent.

• sil_euro_latin v2.0.4 (2023-01-30)
• mon_anonta v1.0.3 (2022-06-28)

... and it looks like it's just these two - and just these versions? We also have matching 17.0-stable reports that use these specific keyboards and versions.

Interestingly, the same keyboards show up for something that seems similar in our iOS Keyman app - #12213. There's another keyboard for the mnw language there (past just mon_anonta) too.

Manipulating things with a test page, my experiments strongly suggest that the error message in the issue description does not indicate whether or not the file itself actually exists.

I will not be posting specifics here (publicly), but there is a very high level of correlation in the IP addresses Sentry has associated with these error reports - most lie within a specific IP range, and that range covers one specific country... and it's not one you'd expect given the countries most closely tied to the language codes noted above. I've put a summary in the "activity" section for KEYMAN-WEB-RB, which is visible only to our internal team.
