bug(android): menu shows wrong active keyboard

I just updated Keyman on my phone to 19.0.287.

I switched to the English keyboard, then I opened the menu. It shows "Korean RR" below "About active keyboard" (which is the second keyboard in the list of my installed keyboards). This stays the same regardless of which keyboard I select.

After a restart of Keyman it shows "Khmer Angkor" instead (which is the first in the list).

I see this happening when a new keyboard is installed -- the new keyboard name did not show in the menu. However, when I switched keyboards, I saw the name swap over in the menu. Noted also that the name change happens after the menu opens, which is disconcerting (and may be related?)

Another datapoint: when I tap the globe to switch keyboards, then open the menu, I see the wrong keyboard in the menu and after a second or so it updates to the correct one.

But if I longpress the globe, select a keyboard, then open the menu, the outdated keyboard in the menu stays and doesn't update.
