For example, I typed f to open Facebook (don't judge me), and pressed the Enter to open the site. But pressing Enterinstead applied the suggestion for and added a new line into the field.

See #16606 - we have a flag we can set on keystrokes to prevent autocorrection now.

The missing piece, then, is to enable this flag when providing input to certain app intents.
