Reviewed the upstream changes to native symbol exports, streaming decompression, and stream reset support against the Conda archive/repodata consumers and native-image registrations. The FFM binding initializer is unchanged, and the installed 1.5.7-23 binding passes ZstdForeignReachabilityMetadataTest locally (1 test, 0 skipped).

Validation: ordinary CI and Full E2E passed on this PR head, covering JVM/Native clients, both databases, Nexus compatibility/migration, and OCI conformance.
