Reviewed the upstream SDK changes against the synchronous Apache S3 client, custom endpoint/TLS configuration, default credentials chain, and RDS IAM usage. CI executed the S3 client/storage/admin and RDS IAM tests without failures or skips; the Full E2E also exercises HTTPS S3 custom trust and dual-replica S3 behavior.
Validation: ordinary CI and Full E2E passed on this PR head, covering JVM/Native clients, both databases, Nexus compatibility/migration, and OCI conformance.
