Verified that the new immutable SHA is the upstream v0.5.1 change. Its Windows module-map adjustment is gated by update-sdk-modules, which remains disabled in our workflow. The Swift 6.3.3 configuration is unchanged. The actual Windows Swift proxy resolve/build job passed with this action revision.

Validation: ordinary CI and Full E2E passed on this PR head, covering JVM/Native clients, both databases, Nexus compatibility/migration, and OCI conformance.
