Evergreen capability loop: latest implementation

Latest commit: aa6b9e28745d64cc5a16154a3506a494112ee701.

The extension is now implemented:

  • Capability registry: exact source and dependency pins; built, proven, and reused are derived from real RAPP-bound replay evidence, not editable self-ratings.
  • Qualification packager: deterministic committed-source capsules, safe restoration, real declared checks, and replay independent of later checkout changes.
  • Bounded scheduler: policy admission, event-aware plans, complete dependency evidence, capped attempts/concurrency, retained failures, recovery states, and idempotent completed jobs.

The unchanged source-capsule 1.0.3 capability completed both a LocalFirst Tools workbench handoff and an OpenRappter TypeScript component handoff. Both selected six files from different real repository/commit/tree contexts. Replaying the same completed plan performs no new qualification or frame append. This proves configuration-only second use of the source-transport capability, not whole-application execution, human adoption, or model inference.

The deterministic scheduler explicitly reports model_execution: not_invoked; an external coding host supplies frontier-model reasoning. No perpetual provider-spending service is enabled.

Original working implementation

Adds repository autocomplete as a bounded, source-grounded software-improvement workflow:

  • A complete committed-tree catalog with source fingerprints, preserved aliases, exact-content grouping, and evidence-based next tasks.
  • A local-first workbench with source passports, copyable citations, file-byte comparison, atomic imports, and bounded round-trip exports.
  • A checksum-pinned RAPP/1 recorder/verifier with independent worker streams, immutable source objects, explicit cross-stream references, and capacity-safe parallel publication.
  • A canonical operator guide covering autonomous coding hosts, isolated worktrees, acceptance gates, publication boundaries, and retained failures.
  • A read-only PR qualification workflow; no infinite scheduler, automatic release, or live-site change is enabled by this PR.

First publication checkpoint

Implementation commit: b60ba4eefb5ab99dccb5b44dc9080f35dc33ce33.

The scan of baseline afdaf958a3abe91e2959f93c41982889a3ff7dbc covers all 4,676 tracked paths / 2,975 HTML paths. It produces 1,255 distinct content records, preserves 1,318 resolved aliases, and reports 36 unresolved paths without claiming that static observations are reproduced application defects.

Six real RAPP/1 frames across four streams preserve worker revisions and an integration record referencing their exact particle/wave addresses. Twenty immutable source objects are included; duplicate objects are deliberate evidence copies, not additional code inventions.

The records document implemented work and its ancestry. Unsigned hashes and local timestamps do not prove first invention, authenticated authorship, exclusive ownership, or legal priority. Inherited Git, SHA-256, RAPP/1, and existing application work remain attributed.

Acceptance evidence

The local integrated gate passes: 92 Python cases with no skips; full committed-tree regeneration; exact evidence projection and current-artifact matching; canonical RAPP/1 verification with nonzero frame counts; and 24 isolated-Chromium checks against the real catalog and evidence.

Adversarial findings already corrected include unbound displayed outcomes, non-atomic malformed imports, stale comparison state, non-round-trippable size limits, mobile overflow, and appends exceeding the store's aggregate capacity.

The original checkpoint passed independent and GitHub-hosted qualification.

The final independent review found no significant issues in the reviewed changes. Both evergreen qualification and original-toolkit compatibility passed on the latest commit, alongside GitGuardian.

Ready for owner review. This is kody-w/localFirstTools, not kody-w/localFirstTools-main. Neither repository's main branch or live website is changed by an unmerged PR.

Add committed-tree canonical discovery, a local-first workbench, bounded operator documentation, and pinned RAPP/1 implementation records across parallel worker streams. Qualify real artifacts and projections without treating timestamps or hashes as proof of first invention.

Add byte-pinned capability manifests, qualification and safe source restoration, evidence-derived reuse graduation, and a bounded idempotent scheduler. Preserve failed attempts and prove one unchanged capability on two independent public repositories.

Keep capability implementation pins strict while comparing selected source to its committed Git objects. Retain earlier qualified revisions and replay both repositories with the corrected source-capsule capability.

Keep replay qualification bound to an actual script rather than Python help, preserve the refusal witness, and requalify the updated capability in both repository contexts.
