Summary
tools/qa/pack-sandbox-zip.sh, which stagesdist/termux-homewithmeridian-sandbox/andmeridian_sandbox/.cd ~) creates both folders.www/config.json(Gemma 2 9B at the Termux models path), the sandbox page,agent.shand.agent.sh, and the skill trees. The AndroidX sandbox activity is left out.The app version stays 2.3.28 (versionCode 71). The APK already reads Gemma from the config shipped inside it. This zip only seeds the home folders.

Meridian-sandbox-home (160 KB). The same run also has the 2.3.28 debug APK.
Install in Termux
