Fixes the soft keyboard covering the Console input in portrait.

Android (MainActivity): the IME inset was applied as WebView padding, which does not shrink WebView content, so the fixed command bar ended up under the keyboard. The WebView now gets a bottom margin equal to the keyboard height (real resize) and padding is reset to 0. The keyboard height (CSS px) is also pushed to the page via window.meridianKeyboard(px). Margin goes back to 0 when the keyboard closes.

Web (index.html): new kbopen body class (set from the native value, visualViewport overlap, or a >120px drop of innerHeight while a field is focused). While open in Console: command bar sits 6px above the keyboard, bottom nav is hidden in portrait, output height shrinks and stays scrolled to the latest line. On close the class is removed and everything returns to the normal rules; render() keeps the class.

Headless Chrome test (portrait 412x915 with 300px keyboard, landscape 915x412 with 200px): bar bottom 6px above keyboard, output at last line, input focused; after closing, bar position, output height, nav and scroll are identical to before opening.
