Scopes the KUMPLY check to UserOperations under the pilot's API key on Fuji, instead of reading as if it gates all of 0xGasless's sponsorship. Replaces the generic "team building gas-sponsorship infrastructure" line with 0xGasless's own description of what they run (ERC-4337 bundler, paymaster, smart accounts, plus x402 payment rails on Avalanche), in both EN and ES.
