docs(blog): drop the AI-drafting disclosure from blog post bodies - #35

Conversation
No KUMPLY blog post body should say it was drafted with AI assistance. Removes the closing paragraph (EN + ES) from the 0xgasless paymaster pilot post that said so; checked every other post and none carry it. Doesn't touch docs/AI-USAGE.md, the Co-Authored-By commit trailer, or PR/issue disclosure — those stay as-is. Codifies the rule in AGENTS.md so future posts don't reintroduce it. Summary
docs/AI-USAGE.md, the git commit trailer, and PR descriptions, not the post text.docs/AI-USAGE.md— those are substantive content (a bug found in an AI tool during the audit), not a disclosure of how that post itself was written.AGENTS.mdso future posts don't reintroduce it.docs/AI-USAGE.md, theCo-Authored-Bycommit trailer, or AI-assistance disclosure on PRs/issues/comments — those stay as-is per existing AGENTS.md rules.Disclosure: drafted with AI assistance under the user's direction, applied per their explicit instruction.
Test plan
apps/web/src/content/blog.tsfor "drafted with AI" / "asistencia de IA" post-merge — expect zero matches.
