Store RaBitQ cache bodies in a validated fixed-width representation that supports selected-row decoding. Add code-only plane and partition entries backed by the shared resident column store, with complete-column fallback when residency is unavailable. Cover native and layered entries and malformed payloads.

Validation
Formatting and full-workspace clippy (
cargo clippy --all --tests --benches -- -D warnings) passed on this PR tree with macOS arm64 / Rust 1.98.1. All 82 storage and lifetime regressions passed on the final integrated OSS tree.Performance for this PR head is not separately measured. CI is not awaited.
