Summary
Rechecked all 12 active knowledge pages against main at c2f8bf2 and refreshed their review timestamps. No implementation changes have merged since the prior review, and no prose corrections were needed. This is a documentation metadata change only.
Reviewed scope: AGENTS.md, README.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/{README,development,maintenance,technical-debt}.md, examples/slim_llm/README.md, and the command, layer, and model-runtime component READMEs. Checked public entry points, execution/state ownership, adapter boundaries, examples, contributor tooling, maintenance rules, and unresolved debt against source and tests. Confirmed PRs #271, #266, and #200 and issue #199 remain open. Archived plans and their historical timestamps remain untouched; CLA.md is outside the maintained review scope.
Validation
just check, both Slim example--helpcommands, andgit diff --check: passed.just test: 887 passed; both gevent subprocess cases intests/engine/test_event_stream.pyexceeded their 10-second timeout. The unchanged file passed in a targeted rerun (3 tests).just testrerun: 889 passed in 8.95s on Python 3.12.13, without source or test changes.Checklist
