* Fixes lanlgh-133. * We removed the `.github/constraints` path in lanlgh-127, when we switched to dependency groups for managing dependencies, rather than using requirements files. * There's no point in having dependabot scheduled to update versions of dependencies stored at a path that no longer exists. I haven't found evidence that dependabot is able to properly handle auto-update of `pyproject.toml` dependency groups, so for now I propose just removing the associated config code. If a reviewer can find evidence that dependabot can handle such updates, please direct me to the approach/evidence and I'll adjust accordingly.
