Technical Product Manager in NYC with 6+ years building user-driven digital products, with a passion for financial empowerment fintech, renewable energy climatetech, and affordable housing proptech.
A few things I've built recently:
Solar Advocacy Map — a per-building solar economics tool built around the question that actually forces a decision: what does doing nothing cost this building in Local Law 97 fines, and what does solar buy back? Pulls NYC PLUTO, LL84 energy benchmarking, NREL PVWatts production estimates, and live Con Edison grid hosting-capacity data into a single building lookup, with a plain-English recommendation and 5/10/25-year ROI snapshots.
NYC Electrification Map — a parcel-level map that scores NYC buildings for heat pump retrofit readiness, pulling fuel type, building age, flood risk, GHG emissions, and disadvantaged-community status live from city open data into a red/orange/green match score, with a plain-language strategy note per building. Explore the Map!
Product Knowledge Base — a build spec for standing up a PM operating system in Claude: the five layer stack (models, surfaces, knowledge base, integrations, and self testing agents) that can be used as a reference to build a Product Knowledge base at any Company Take a look here!
PRD to Prototype — a tool that takes a written product requirements doc (PRD) and generates a clickable HTML prototype from it, closing the gap between "what we spec'd" and "what it should feel like" without waiting on a design or engineering cycle.
