Overview
Bumps the pinned next dependency in three non-published packages: React SDK contract tests (16.2.11 → 16.2.12) and the Vercel SDK complete and route-handler examples (15.5.18 → 15.5.21). No application source changes—only package.json version fields.

The 15.5.x jump is a security patch release (Server Actions DoS/SSRF, middleware bypass, cache confusion, and related advisories per Next.js release notes).
