Add MCP server that uses either the main agentic-context repo or a fork to provide the context to agents.
Doesn't require the agentic-context files to be added to each repo, just the changes to Agents.md and MCP configuration.
Has an auto-configure option which will update the Agent.md and configure the MCPs for the requested agents.
