Add live lab mode and a trick to keep on finished labs - #144

LIVE=1 make lab shows one step at a time, waits for Enter, reveals Expect after it, then runs the proofs. Labs may carry a one-line trick shown once the lab is done. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
