Summary

• Prepare SDK-only stable 2.4.3: packaged agent skills and corrected IO stream documentation.
• Refresh current dependency examples, release metadata, interoperability version references, and the release runbook.
• Retain CLI 0.2.1, Dart 3.4/3.12 minimums, existing protocol profiles, and all public APIs.
• Add public API comparison against the immediately preceding stable SDK 2.4.2 without removing legacy compatibility lanes.
