Prepare the CLI-only 0.2.2 patch release to ship compatibility with build 5.x while retaining 4.x support. The SDK version stays at 2.4.3; no SDK release is selected.

Update the CLI version and exact release notes, release manifest, installation documentation, and immutable template version. Align the CLI and generated projects with the already-published mcp_dart ^2.4.3, as required by the stable release metadata gate. Dart minimums remain CLI 3.12 and SDK/generated projects 3.4.

Validation:

• Release detection: packages=["mcp_dart_cli"], release_sdk=false, release_cli=true.

• CLI 0.2.2 and SDK 2.4.3 metadata validators pass.

• Repository formatting and root/CLI analysis pass.

• Root suite: 2,030 tests passed; CLI suite: 139 tests passed.

• Isolated candidate resolved hosted mcp_dart 2.4.3 and build 5.0.0, passed analysis and 124 non-e2e tests (3 expected skips), compiled, and reported version 0.2.2.

• Real build_runner bundle generation passed; publish dry run reported zero warnings, with candidate source links rewritten to mcp_dart_cli-v0.2.2.

• Compiled CLI created a project using the updated local template; the generated project resolved hosted SDK 2.4.3, analyzed, passed all 3 tests, and served its add tool through the public CLI over stdio.

• All 23 GitHub checks passed on a5e2b44; the PR is mergeable with no unresolved review threads.

• Additional lower-bound review: hosted build 4.0.3, build_runner 2.10.4, and SDK 2.4.3 passed analysis, real bundle generation, and 15 focused version/scaffolding tests (1 expected repository-only skip).

Merging this release-prep PR authorizes automatic CLI publication. This PR does not authorize an SDK publication.
