Independent developer. I build local-first tools that run in the browser and open files people are otherwise locked out of. The file is parsed on your own device and never uploaded.

Tools

  • Mailward: open and search Outlook PST, OST and OLM archives, plus MBOX, EML and MSG files, in the browser. No Outlook needed, works on a Mac.
  • Waveward: open, play, export, recover and downgrade Audacity project files (.aup4 and .aup3) in the browser.

Notes

  • Email archive formats: field notes on PST, OST, OLM, MBOX, EML and MSG, from implementing a parser for each.
  • Audacity project formats: .aup3 and .aup4 as SQLite databases, the version gates, sample blocks, recovery and downgrade, checked against the Audacity source.

Corrections and format edge cases are welcome as issues on the notes repositories, or at contact@aivismonitor.com.
