apache/commons-lang #1783 (2026-09-08). The maintainer posted a two-bug review at 7:19 PM ET and converted the pull request to draft. A check at 7:35 PM printed the commenter list, which showed his name, and the reader took the list as nothing new; a reply to the review bot went up at 7:57 PM as if no review existed. The review was found forty minutes late, from the user.
Proposed: sweep and verify print, for each open pull request, every issue comment, review and inline comment newer than the user's last own comment or push, with the full body, plus every timeline event of type convert_to_draft, ready_for_review, review_requested and closed. A commenter list is never an acceptable summary of a thread; the output should refuse to abbreviate a body from the maintainer.
